How does it work?
The button is an AT&T LTE M-button that uses Amazon Web Services. When a guest pushes the button, it uses a cell signal to send a message to our system which then uses the notification settings you set-up to send you and anyone else a text or email.
Will it work where I live?
The button uses AT&T LTE service and will work anywhere AT&T has coverage. You can check out this map to see if your location has coverage: https://www.att.com/maps/wireless-coverage.html
When will I receive my button?
Your button will be shipped using USPS shipping. You will receive a tracking number within 48 business hours after purchase.
How do I set up notifications?
When you purchase a button, the email address you use will be automatically set-up to receive check-out notifications. There is a link in that email to change your notification settings. Alternatively, when you purchase your button, youâll be sent an email with a link to set up your notifications – so you can be ready to go as soon as your button arrives!
What are the monthly fees?
ZERO! Really! We are charged a small fee by Amazon for every button that connects to their system, but have built that into the overall cost of the button. There are no additional fees after you purchase your button. And no additional fees for notifications. Nada. Nothing. Zip.
How many people can be notified when the button is pressed?
Unlimited! You can set up as many people as youâd like and decide whether they should receive an email or text or both!
I have more than one rental property, Can I purchase multiple buttons?
YES! Absolutely. You will create a unique name for each button (for example: Awesome Property #1, Awesome Property #2) and the emails/texts will identify which button was pressed. Â
How long does the button last?
The battery in the button should last 3 years or ~1,500 clicks. The battery cannot be replaced and a new button would need to be purchased at that point.
I own a property management company. Can we purchase in bulk? Can we have a custom label?
